Gemworks is an offline game published by Daniel Vazac under Appsibly in the Czech Republic. This policy explains the app's data practices.

Gemworks does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal or sensitive user data. The app has no accounts, advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or third-party service SDKs.

On-Device Data

Your haptics preference is stored only on your device. It is not transmitted and is removed when you clear the app data or uninstall the app.

Device Access

Gemworks requests vibration access only to provide gameplay feedback. This access does not expose personal data.

Third-Party Services

The app does not integrate third-party network services. Downloading and updating the app through Google Play is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal data from children or any other users. A parent or guardian may contact us with any privacy question.

Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion

Because Gemworks does not collect personal data, the developer has no personal data to retain or delete. Local settings can be deleted by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.

Your Rights

You may contact us about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or any other right under the GDPR or applicable law. Since no personal data is collected, there is normally no user record for us to identify or provide.
