Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of Gemworks, an offline game published by Daniel Vazac under Appsibly in the Czech Republic. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Gemworks provides a single-player gem sorting game. Features, levels, and availability may change through app updates.

License and User Conduct

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful personal entertainment. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Accounts, Purchases, and Advertising

This version has no user accounts, subscriptions, advertising, or in-app purchases.

Intellectual Property

The app, artwork, game design, and original code are owned by the publisher or used under applicable open-source licenses. Godot Engine is used under the MIT License, with its copyright and license notices available inside the app.

Disclaimer

The app is provided as available without warranties beyond those required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Your license ends if you materially breach these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without removing any mandatory consumer protection available in your country of residence.

Changes

Updated terms apply from the effective date shown above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
